e-con Systems Launches New PoE HDR Camera

High dynamic range, Power over Ethernet camera especially designed for outdoor machine vision applications.

e-Con Systems recently launched a new HDR PoE camera, the RouteCAM CU22. The fixed focus, rolling shutter, color camera comes equipped with a Sony Starvis 2 IMX662 sensor, which has full HD resolution, 1937 x 1097 active area, and 2.9 x 2.9 μm pixel size. The camera has a 60 fps frame rate and an 88dB dynamic range.

The camera has a GigE interface and M12 connector and comes with a focused and glued S-mount lens that provides a FOV of 141.98°(D), 127.49°(H), 72.71°(V). Rated IP67, the camera, with lens, has a 46 x 46 x 65.12 mm footprint and operating temperature range of -30°C to 70°C.

The camera is compatible with the Clovis Central cloud-based device-management platform and can provide reliable imaging with cable lengths of up to 100 m. It is  especially designed for outdoor machine vision applications.
