New Upgrades to 3D ToF Cameras Announced

Cameras designed for industrial machine vision applications in dim lighting with ambient light.

Vzense recently announced updates to its DS 86 and DS87 industrial grade Time of Flight DS series of  cameras. The cameras are designed for performance in dim lighting environments  with ambient light in a variety of industrial applications. These cameras are equipped with Sony CWiToF, 640 480 dpi sensors, 1600 x 1200 dpi Global Shutters, and 940nm VCSEL*2 emitters, and have a maximum frame rate of 15 fps.  Both cameras have a  ToF FOV of 60°(H) x 45°(V), RGB FOV of 70°(H) x 50° (W), and work range of .15~5m.  Both cameras have communication capability of 1000M ethernet and RS485, and output format of 16 bit (depth) + 8 bit (IR) + JPEG (RGB).
