Industrial smart camera series features NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX SoM

May 25, 2021
The camera is available in six different image sensor configurations.

The NEON-2000-JNX smart camera series features the NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX System on Module (SOM) and is designed for industrial AI inference applications running on the edge. It supports six image sensor configurations between 1.2 and 8 MPixels, four of which are manufactured by Basler and two of which utilize the MIPI interface to reduce CPU load and support higher temperature operating range. An embedded image signal processor offers enhanced and environment-adaptive imaging.

As an all-in-one solution, the smart camera is designed to avoid vibration and thermal issues, interface compatibility, and image drops due to camera faults and OS settings among other reliability issues.

The included EVA (Edge Vision Analytics) SDK from ADLINK includes field-ready application plug-ins and optimized AI models to reduce proof-of-concept schedules by limiting the amount of necessary coding.
