The HD-1500 mobile robot can handle objects weighing up to 1500 kg and integrates with Omron’s Fleet Management software. It features an onboard, user-accessible PLC, 360° of safety laser scanning coverage, and improved stop accuracy. According to the manufacturer, the HD-1500’s LiDAR functionality provides superior navigation using adaptive safety zones.
The robot is 1195 x 1696 x 370 mm in size, weighs 585 kg, and has a maximum speed of 1.8 m/s. Run time is 9 hours when fully loaded and 12.5 hours when unloaded. The battery charges in 36 minutes.
