The SPECTRO GO visual inspection AI starter kit bundles all the components needed to begin prototyping and developing inspection systems that utilize artificial intelligence (AI). A congatec Qseven industrial PC with Intel Atom, Celeron, or Pentium processor with SPECTRO software pre-installed; a Basler Ace U camera with lens, LED lighting, precision stand, and measurement mat are all included in the bundle.
The included SPECTRO software package uses proprietary sparse modeling AI technology and includes sample code intended to ease integration. The kit is intended to support detection of defects, missing parts, and misalignment, and pattern matching applications.
